Technical Mathematics

Applied Mathematics: This course is focused on using mathematical concepts and techniques to solve practical problems in a variety of fields, including engineering, physics, finance, and computer science.

Computational Mathematics: This course combines mathematics and computer science to solve mathematical problems using numerical methods and algorithms. Students will learn to use programming languages and software tools to model and analyze complex mathematical systems.

Mathematical Modeling: This course teaches students to use mathematical techniques to model and analyze real-world systems in a variety of fields, such as economics, biology, and engineering. Students will learn to create mathematical models of real-world problems and to use computational tools to solve them.

Statistics: This course is focused on the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data. Students will learn to use statistical methods to describe and analyze data, and to make predictions and decisions based on that data.

Actuarial Science: This course is focused on the application of mathematical and statistical techniques to assess and manage risk in insurance, finance, and other industries. Students will learn to analyze and model risk, and to design strategies for managing and mitigating that risk.
